1. Is your website secured ?

4. What is the shipping time ?
We have our fulfilment centres in India. We usually dispatch products in 2-3 days according to your location and will be delivered in 8-15 days from the day of placing the order .
5. Do you accept returns/exchange?
Yes, we accept returns but you should appeal for refund before 7 days of delivery.
6. What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
7. Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form.
8. Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the India, United-States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK and Germany. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our customer support through contact us form.
9. How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a Text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
